Hey, Im Emilie!

or some tiny humans (my niece and nephew) call me MeeMee.

I live in Scotland with my boyfriend and our cocker spaniel Honey, who looks sweet but is, frankly, a tiny tyrant. I’m happiest outdoors and on adventures, usually heading off in my wee Jimny on days off (still dreaming of pink wheels to match my childhood ride). My family is everything to me, being an Auntie is the best job ever.

I’m a huge animal lover and volunteer at a hedgehog rescue. It turns out those spiky little cuties are surprisingly affectionate. I love all things fantasy (ahem Lord of the Rings), and I tend to hyper-focus on hobbies for a month at a time. Right now it’s skiing and journaling, not simultaneously… yet.

I’ve been photographing people and weddings for over 10 years, and I still can’t believe I get to call this work. I’m inspired by films and emotion over perfection. Movement, grain, and real moments alwaaaays win. Think frolicking in the woods and running on the beach kind of vibes.

Community means everything to me, and I’m so grateful for the friendships this industry has given me.
